The menu you create in TrackEat is designed to be an extension of your website. You design he menu in your colours and with your logo. You can then link to your website and/or social media. Customers are expected to order through you rather than through TrackEat.
You can choose to offer deliver, collection or both. Within the back-office, you have the option to turn on or off delivery and collection services.
Yes, you can set up to three delivery radius’ and attach a different fee to each. So, for example, you could offer delivery for free within 5 miles but charge for delivery over 5 miles but less than 15 miles.
Yes, you can set slots for both delivery and collection. So for example, you could have collection slots every 10 minutes and delivery slots every 30 minutes. You can also set a maximum number of orders per slot.
Yes, if you are getting really busy, you can simply pause orders. This will keep the menu live but will not allow customers to place an order with you until you un-pause orders.
Yes, you can set a delivery notice period which means customers have to order ‘x’ amount before. This could be a day for example. You can also set a ‘last order’ time. For example, if you open until 21:00, you may want the last order to be placed by 20:00.
